Conchos Trail
We took a very large 1980's built traditional home and brought it into the modern world. A large fireplace that divided the main living area was removed to allow for a more open, flowing, bright and functional space. The one of a kind recessed shelving feature pictured was custom built as a centerpiece for this grand room.
Aldford Drive
This 1970's built home was an investment property. We opened up the main living space by removing 4 walls and raising the ceilings. Making those design choices allowed this space to reach it's full potentional utilizing the beautiful windows for light, and creating comfort and function. Additionally, we closed in a portion of the garage that housed the washer/dryer, added central a/c, and created a beautiful indoor laundry/mudroom, while keeping the 2 car gargage fully functional.
Blarwood Drive
This was another investment property that was very outdated and unkept. We came in and opened up the main living space and dated galley kitchen to create a beautiful, bright, open area perfect for entertaining. The kitchen area was given an extra 6ft of usable space by closing in an unused portion of the garage. Another beautiful feature was a custom closet and builtin's added to an office to create a 4th bedroom option.
Gloss Hair & Makeup Boutique
Gloss was a commercial project for a brand new salon in central Austin. This unique boutique, also being smaller in size, required the utmost in design, style, and function. This space was a total gut and remodel from top to bottom. We took out a wall, utilizing an existing closet, to expand the bathroom to a large, gorgeous powder room fit for a salon. Additionally we took an underused corner space to build out a more functional closet for storage. The hilite of this space is the gorgeous custom wood 'mid century' inspired accent wall.
